Before completing your enrollment request, please carefully review this Learner Enrollment Agreement and Terms of Engagement.
By submitting this enrollment form, checking the agreement confirmation box, and providing your electronic signature through your full legal name, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms contained in this agreement, as well as the specific details of the training program selected during enrollment.
This agreement applies to all Win Media Academy training programs, including standard cohort training, executive/private training, and future training formats introduced by the academy.
TRAINING STRUCTURE, DURATION & DELIVERY FORMAT Win Media Academy provides instructor-led professional training programs designed to develop practical digital skills through structured learning, practical exercises, and guided instruction.
Training programs may be delivered through:
Physical classroom training Live online instructor-led training Hybrid training combining physical and online sessions Each training program has its own specific:

By completing this enrollment process, the learner confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the details of their selected training program.
Program duration may vary depending on the selected course. Some programs may run for eight (8) weeks, ten (10) weeks, or another duration as specified during enrollment.
Learners are expected to participate fully throughout the complete scheduled duration of their selected program.
EXECUTIVE & PRIVATE TRAINING OPTIONS Win Media Academy may offer executive and private training options alongside standard cohort-based training.
Executive training may be provided to a limited number of participants, including individual learners or small groups, typically ranging from one (1) to four (4) participants, depending on the arrangement approved by the academy.
While the executive/private trainings are more tailored to meet specific individual learner’s needs, the executive/private trainings arrangement follows the same general terms, policies, and standards contained within this agreement.
By enrolling in executive/private training, the learner acknowledges and accepts that the training format may differ from standard cohort training while remaining subject to these same enrollment terms and conditions.
ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION POLICY Consistent attendance and active participation are essential for achieving successful learning outcomes.
Learners are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions, whether conducted physically, online, or through a hybrid format.
If a learner is unable to attend a scheduled session, they should notify the academy through the instructor as early as possible.
Learners are responsible for keeping up with lessons, assignments, practical exercises, projects, and other learning requirements throughout the duration of their program.
Failure to participate consistently may affect the learner’s ability to successfully complete the training program.
ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT TERMS Submitting this enrollment agreement confirms the learner’s intention to participate in the selected training program.
Admission and seat confirmation are completed only after tuition payment has been received and verified by Win Media Academy.
Training resources, instructor availability, administrative planning, and where applicable, physical classroom spaces, are allocated based on confirmed enrollment.
Learners must only make payments using official payment details provided by Win Media Academy.
Win Media Academy will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or unofficial accounts.
REFUND, TRANSFER & PROGRAM EXTENSION POLICY Win Media Academy operates a structured payment policy because training resources, instructor time, learning materials, and administrative arrangements are committed based on confirmed enrollment.
Except where required by applicable law, tuition payments are non-refundable once payment has been received and verified.
The following conditions apply:
Learners who withdraw, discontinue attendance, or voluntarily stop participating after payment confirmation are not entitled to a refund. Learners who fail to complete their program within the scheduled duration of their selected training are not automatically entitled to extensions, deferrals, transfers, or refunds. Any exceptional consideration will be reviewed solely at the discretion of Win Media Academy. Learners are encouraged to carefully consider their availability and commitment before completing enrollment.
COHORT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT & ACADEMY ADJUSTMENTS Win Media Academy reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to training schedules, instructors, delivery formats, learning arrangements, or administrative procedures where necessary.
Such adjustments may be made to maintain training quality, accommodate operational requirements, or improve the learning experience.
Where significant changes occur, learners will be informed appropriately.
If a cohort is postponed or adjusted due to operational circumstances, Win Media Academy may provide suitable alternatives, including rescheduling or transfer arrangements where applicable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRAINING MATERIAL PROTECTION During training, learners may receive access to academy-owned materials, including:
Course materials Digital resources Templates Guides Curriculum documents Training videos Learning resources These materials are provided strictly for personal educational use.
Learners must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, or share academy materials with unauthorized individuals without written permission from Win Media Academy.
Any unauthorized sharing or misuse of academy materials may result in removal from the program without refund and may expose the learner to further action under applicable Nigerian intellectual property laws.
LEARNER CODE OF CONDUCT Win Media Academy is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and productive learning environment.
Learners are expected to:
Treat instructors, staff, and fellow learners respectfully. Follow reasonable instructions from academy representatives. Maintain professional behaviour during all training sessions. Avoid disruption, harassment, misconduct, or activities that negatively affect the learning environment. Academic dishonesty, misconduct, abuse of academy resources, or repeated violations of academy policies may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the program without refund.
PRIVACY & USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION Win Media Academy collects learner information for purposes including:
Enrollment processing Learner communication Training administration Academic support Program management Learner information will be handled responsibly in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be sold or used for unrelated purposes.
Information may only be shared where necessary for legitimate academy operations or where required by applicable law.
PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING & MEDIA CONSENT During training activities, Win Media Academy may capture photographs, videos, testimonials, or other media for documentation, educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.
By enrolling, learners grant permission for the use of such media for academy-related purposes unless they notify Win Media Academy in writing before training begins.
LEARNER RESPONSIBILITY & LEARNING OUTCOMES Learners acknowledge that successful completion of any training program requires commitment, practice, participation, and personal effort.
Win Media Academy provides structured training, guidance, and learning resources. However, individual results may vary based on the learner’s dedication, consistency, and application of the skills learned.
Enrollment does not guarantee employment, business success, income generation, or any specific financial outcome.
GOVERNING LAW This Learner Enrollment Agreement and any matters arising from participation in Win Media Academy programs shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any concerns or disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication, negotiation and/or mediation between the learner and Win Media Academy before pursuing any further remedies available under applicable law if such mediation fails.
